Morning routines are one of those things some of us do like muscle memory.
One of those things for me is 100 percent, without fail, coffee.
I can faithfully say I am probably addicted to coffee, if that’s possible.
On days that I have to postpone having a cup it’s like I feel naked, not whole.
Everyone has a vice and well this is mine.
What’s your morning routine?
I added some shilajit Himalayan Honey to my coffee.
All while using an under the eye patch.
