I had a physical done this morning with my primary doctor.
I brought up the issue of repeated …dare I say…boils.
I hate these f’n things with a passion.
I suffer from Hidradenitis suppurativa and some days the flair ups are worse than others.
I do not shave and in full disclosure I have to use tweezers to pull any unwanted hair to help prevent any boils in that hair follicle.
I even told the doc this morning that I get my husband to help me (ha ha), she said “Now that’s love ha ha”
Yeah but it is what it is. It is just f’n embarrassing!
My brother suffered from it too.
I am hoping I can get the laser therapy done.
My bff said she did a consult once (at a different place) and they told her that her hair color wasn’t dark enough. I don’t know if that makes a difference now or not but if it does then I know for a fact that I won’t be able to get it done because I have a very light hairs but we will see.
