For the birds

This is so relatable. Anyone else in this “era” of your life? This menopause crap is for the birds. Even though I started the hormone replacement ( the pellets ) I haven’t really felt the affects of it yet. Hopefully I will start to feel some improvement. I still have to pick up my medicine at the pharmacy that I take along with the pellets. Who else knows about the pellets?
