Compression

Last appointment I had my pain management doc told me to get me some compression socks.

I had been looking some but needed the least restricted ones.

I kept finding ones that were a step above those and knew those would be too tight right now.

So she was like “just on Amazon”

🤨 I had tried Amazon so many times with no luck.

So fine, I would try once again.

Somehow or another this time around I found some.

Thank goodness cause I was about to give up on looking 😅.

These aren’t funny character socks but they aren’t ugly either.

But they will hopefully do the job.

These are made of bamboo and are soft.

You can see my swelling is alot better now than previously.

Pain is still a factor but definitely not as bad as right after surgery.

I still have alot of pooling of blood below my ankle. Not sure why that is but hopefully it gets better with time.

I am only allow light weight pressure with the boot on for now.

I can tell you it is hard to sit here knowing things are done the way I do them. 🤣

But that’s just gonna have to be that way til I am back on my feet, both of them.
