Do you remember several posts back where I talked about those 2 days I don’t recall? I think I mentioned that I ended up with hemorrhoids.
I had gone to the emergency room when I noticed all the blood because.. well that wasn’t normal for a person that had a hysterectomy over 20 years ago,lol. The ER doc told me if they returned to go see my doctor.
So when I saw a re-occurrence I called and made an appointment with my gastroenterologist. He informed me of a treatment called rubber band ligation. I just had my last appointment for the banding (3 appointments).
There are other options but this was a better fit for me. I hope they don’t return, lol. Anyone else ever dealt with them?
Can you give me any pointers, suggestions? I welcome your experiences. This is new to me and would like know what others have found helpful for treating and prevention.
