How in the spam of a few weeks?
I’m needing to get two different radios in two different vehicles replaced.
I have already had the one replaced in one of them and now that I had my service appt for the other vehicle I find out that one is broken and needs replaced as well.
I have never in my life had that issue before.
First one was in my Kia. I forget the word the service advisor used but she was able to work it!
The other dealership closer to me wanted to charge me $1200… ummm no.
The other one, mind you where I purchased this car at, told me there was a deductible of $200.
Much better. They replaced it with ease in under an hour and a half!
Then… this same dealerhip I purchased this other vehicle. It isn’t a Kia. It is a Chevy.
This model has something called valet mode on the stereo where the whole screen goes up and has like a cubby hole behind the screen.
Well there is a short somewhere and it gets stuck either up or won’t stop going up or down.
Being that we just purchased this vehicle (less than 2 weeks ago) they aren’t charging us a dime (or a penny) to get this replaced.
This dealership has always gone above and beyond for me and I much appreciate it!
May be it is because we purchased 2 vehicles from them, maybe not.
Nonetheless, I am grateful.
Here is an example of the valet mode feature when it is working correctly, this is not my vehicle.
