By |October 30th, 2019|Family|0 Comments

Anyone seen this? I friend shared it on her facebook page yesterday and I just thought this was awesome. I feel like some of the patients in the memory care units, nursing homes would benefit from this.

By |October 18th, 2019|Family|4 Comments

You know I feel for folks who have gone through trauma but I am not the one that is so easily triggered by things.

I don’t know if I have just become so numb to things and that’s why I don’t get ”triggered” by things or not.

My understanding of just what it entails is minimal at this point but it had me curious to find out more.

So, at […]

What is Cryotherapy

By |February 6th, 2019|Family|0 Comments

Looking like something fresh out of an ’80s sci-fi flick, cryotherapy is the latest craze to hit the mainstream. Used by athletes and celebrities looking for their next holistic fix, the high tech treatment is said to be more than just a gimmick. According to its regular users, freezing yourself for several minutes can […]

The other day I posted a screenshot of a song that I ran across and have had kind of like an addiction to it. This is it.

Be Here Now–Ray LaMontagne from Scott Wright on Vimeo.

I am not sure why I feel such a connection to it. Maybe it is the title of the […]
